We offers custom integrated process skid fabrication to create mechanical and electrical skid mounted process systems that are pre-wired and mounted on a common base to meet your specific design and process requirements. Our process control skids are all built in our Partner facilities (DI Group, located in Mumbai). All skids are FAT Tested in our partner shop for full check out before shipment. This eliminates start-up problems in the field and gets you on line faster. We will work with you to obtain any certifications necessary before shipment.
Skid-mounted systems include electrical wiring and control systems as well. Single connection points for mechanical and electrical use points greatly reduce onsite piping and electrical tasks. Our proficiency helps ensure that fabrication tasks do not lead to costly plant interruptions.
Extensive pre-installation and post-commissioning Project Specific Engineering Review and can provide detailed Electrical and Mechanical Design Packages to each customer.
